Mediocre
65 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

It took several phone calls to get the correct information and the proper reservations made, even though this was a block reservation for a wedding. Only the manager seemed to know what was going on.

I am not likely to return to the Latham Hotel Downtown- Philadelphia.
I would not recommend it to friends.
