The Kerr House Bed and Breakfast, built in 1891, is a lovely Victorian home located in Statesville, NC. It sits under stately towering pecan and oak trees in one of Statesville's four historic districts, all of which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The beautifully restored and maintained home has 4 individually decorated bedrooms each with a private bath. It is centrally located on the crossroads of I 40 and I 77. The town of Statesville is a beautiful southern town with downtown dining and antique shops. The owners pride themselves on the friendly hospitality and excellent gourmet breakfasts.
