The Kerr House Bed and Breakfast, built in 1891, is a lovely Victorian home located in Statesville, NC. It sits under stately towering pecan and oak trees in one of Statesville's four historic districts, all of which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The beautifully restored and maintained home has 4 individually decorated bedrooms each with a private bath. It is centrally located on the crossroads of I 40 and I 77. The town of Statesville is a beautiful southern town with downtown dining and antique shops. The owners pride themselves on the friendly hospitality and excellent gourmet breakfasts.

Our stay at the Kerr House was wonderful. The owners are warm and friendly, making you feel like you're home away from home. The rooms are nice and most had private bathrooms, and wireless internet available.

We stayed overnight between Christmas and New Year's. The house was eloquently decorated with the fire place glowing and the music softly playing. I have never felt so at home sitting by the fire, reading the paper in such a relaxed atmosphere....
