The Kent Hotel Hotel - Page 1

The hotel room was dirty. There was a urine stain in the bathroom floor and it stayed there until the day we left.

The people at the front desk were not plaisant at all. I will stay away front this hotel the next time i am going to Miami.

After staying at this hotel got a credit card bill for 70 dollars, billed to this hotel. Now, what are these charges for? I don't know. I had to close the credit card account and report fraud. Upon our arrival the person at the reception made a copy of the credit card, which seemed fine as all the hotels in the US do it. But little did we expect of this hotel!!! While were were there, we asked them several times if there would be any extra charges beyond what we paid with the ticket provider and were told that everything was pre-paid. What a surprise! And if this was not enough, they mixed up the number of days that we booked and kept calling our room to inquire why we are still here. Apparently, that got straightened out, but there was no apology from the staff. Now, the room was nice and clean, and location was fine, but that really does not make up for the un-professionalism or shady conduct on the part of the hotel staff.

The hotel accommodations were fine for the price, but the staff was unfriendly and the breakfast provided was not fresh.
