we came for dinner the food that was served tasted foul and horrible. We got sick, with lips bubbled up, later turned into deep bloody wounds. Sharp abdominal pain. Went to hospital, emergency rooms. The ordeal is steel going on. Kahala refuses to take any responsibilities, on top they made us take expensive tests to rule out cancer and natural causes, informed us in writing they will pay. Reviewed all medical records and send us a letter that it was related and they will pay, and they did not. The food turned out to have been contaminated with arsenoc and other heavy metals. The waiter changes stories all the time, other employees covering up what really happen. I just spent eleven fablous days at the Kahala with my Son, his wife, and three Granddaughters. It was the best vacation I have had. I look forward to going back soon. It was perfect.
This letter concerns the quality of your hotel's valet service. Would you believe we had to wait 35 minutes to get our car? They kept telling us they were getting the car; apparently they had misplaced the ticket or something, but instead of...

I have stayed at the Kahala many times over the years. I am amazed that the staff still remembers our names.
The Mandarin's management was good but they spent no money on the rooms. The new management has spent a great deal of money and care for the updated rooms.
As always, Hoku's was spot on. Dwight was our server and he made our dining experience wonderful. Plumeria brunch was also nice.

I stayed at the Kahala Resort in April 2007 and I thought it was perfect! I got married at the Resort and had no problems at all. The rooms are gorgous. The service was great. They treat you like a celebrity there. My friends and family that attended which was over 30 guest all agreed. The food was great! I had no complains. The beach is private theres never anyone on it which was so nice not like waikiki where theres so much people. I will always come back to The Kahala theres no other place like it. It's worth every penny!
