The Inn at Summer Bay

They charge me for services that were not part of the package. My receipt shows one price, my bank statement shows another and I believe my bank. I called to talk to someone, the person I talked to said I needed to call the resort. I'm trying to tell her that you guys had my credit card not the resort. She was nasty. The room smelled old and mildewy.
