Oregon's only resort hotel built right on the beach was built to take your breath away. The Inn at Spanish Head Resort Hotel nestles into the ocean bluffs of Lincoln City on the central Oregon coast. The Inn features dramatic ocean views from every guest room and meeting room as well as penthouse Fathoms Restaurant and bar. Elevators take you straight to the beach just footsteps from the door. Year round amenities include excellent dining with great seafood and steaks, an outdoor heated pool, exercise and recreation rooms, saunas and an enclosed ocean view spa. Also, room service, complimentary valet parking and gracious, friendly service make your stay a delight. Most rooms come with balconies and kitchens or kitchenettes. The Inn is a smoke free hotel and pets are not allowed. It's simply the perfect Oregon coast destination for families, group meetings and of course couples.

Excellent
We took advantage of the weekday special rate to get a suite for a quick getaway. We only live a couple of hours inland by car, but wanted to experience the coast in the winter. Our suite was very nice. It had a separate bedroom and both a...
Our room was on the 9th floor and the minute we walked in the room it was breathtaking. I think that this floor may be the best as there was no waiting for the elevator with our bags. It was one floor up to the restaurant and an elevator ride down ...

I stayed at the Inn for my sister's wedding, which was also held at the Inn. While the rooms were clean, there were numerous "hotel policies" that caused a continuous headache for both the bride and the families involved. Although the catering for the reception was delicious, the staff refused to store the cake at the Inn, forcing the bride to make other arrangements for storage and pickup, the morning of the wedding. While getting ready for the wedding, the bride was informed that she must check out before noon, even though the wedding was held at 11:00. Despite numerous requests from the guests, family and wedding party, the staff refused to budge on the issue. When a request from the bride's father was made to take the many leftovers from the reception home, the staff refused again, citing "hotel policies". The bride was not allowed to bring some favorite reception candies and nuts to the Inn, by policy of the Inn. Many other issues occurred which I will not review for lack of space. It is my goal in this review to encourage the Inn to review their policies and strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction, making their guests' stay as hassle-free as possible.

Here's the deal with the IASH... I will admit that it is decidedly hit-and-miss, but once you figure out how to work it - it's great. Some of the rooms are just plain funky. What I recommend is that you look at a couple of rooms BEFORE you...

She's looking a bit tired, and in need of some renovation, but the location and the staff are top notch. And then there is the awe-inspiring view of the water. The restaurant is good, and the beach is awesome. Our room was rather drab, though...

We had seen the Inn from HWY 101 South on several ocassions and were very excited about finally being able to stay there. Be careful what you wish for! The Inn is old and in badly need of repair. What I first noticed was the filth of the hallway...
