We checked in after midnight, if it had been earlier we would not have stayed here. The carpets were filthy in the hallway and the rooms were out dated. The pillow's were smelly and s/b replaced as was the bedding. The pool was green and not usab

Good
If you like to add some spice to your love life, but don't have alot of time, this will do the trick. The themed rooms are fun and there is a restaurant and comedy club in the main part of the hotel. It is great for a one or two night getaway...

Mediocre
Maid Service was extremely poor. Dirty glasses were not removed. The tub was not cleaned and the room was not vacumned on a daily basis. A call to maintenance about the shower was ignored.

We stayed in one of the theme suites. We have done so previously and we were happy. This time it seemed that the suite was not kept up much. The bedding seemed worn and washed out. The first room we were in the hot tub did not work. They were quick to change the room for us, but it made me feel disappointed. The other room was clean and everything worked, however, once again the bedding seemed worn out. It was not what I expected after having stayed there previously.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Clarion Hotel & Conference Center.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location was fine, but the parking lot was difficult to enter. I thought it was great that there was a mini refrigerator in the room for seemingly no extra charge.
I am very likely
to return to the Clarion Hotel & Conference Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Horrible
The elevators jerk and clunk. Water running in our sink changed from clear to brown to clear. When the room door next door opens you will be awaken. They ran out of washcloths in the morning and told us we could get some from the front desk. They...

27 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I was forced to stay at this hotel due to a conference my company held at the Cherry Hill Clarion Hotel. The staff seemed nice, but they are not in any way professional or knowledgeable about anything. My room was horrible, it had disgusting dark brown carpets to try to hide the stains, my shower head was broken, my bathroom was so moldy I almost gagged. I called for them to re-grout my bathroom because they had no other rooms available. Apparently, my other coworkers had problems with their rooms also and tried to switch. 90% of them complained of problems with the mold in their bathrooms, smells in their rooms, and mold growing out of their air conditioners. The elevators smelled like sewers and are extremely old and small, the list goes on and on. This place is a definite health hazard and should be shut down.
I was very shocked at this because I have stayed at Clarions before with no problems, but this place is an absolute disgrace.
Moreover, they do not have WiFi. You can rent a modem, which is a $15.00 per day fee, however, they only have a few of them. I was unable to obtain one for the five days I was there. They also have a business center with two computers, one of which was broken half the time. The computers supposedly have high speed internet connections, however the processors in the computer were far out of date that the internet navigation speed was very slow. They have printers also available for free, but the ink cartridges were empty and never refilled in the five days I was there.
The pool was filthy and slimy, therefore, it was useless.
Lastly, the fitness room was a disgrace. Half the equipment was broken and there wasn't much in there to begin with. One of the treadmills actually moved forward then back every time you took a step. I almost fell off the darn thing a couple of times before I just gave up.
