This hotel is managed by the Ritz Carlton and it shows. he same employees work at both hotels (which are connected), so essentially you receive the same service at a fraction of the price!
pros: Location, Staff, ValetGreat location to French Quarter. Staff was very helpful and friendly!!! Needs a little TLC. Carpet, bedspreads, ect.. are worn. Not to the point we would not return. Rooms were small. Wouldnt want more than 2 in a room. ...
