This is a good, modern hotel, located fairly near to many of Orlando's attractions. The hotel offers transportation to quite a few theme parks and there is also a desk where you can buy tickets before you go. The rooms are all well equipped, spacious and clean and some come with a fridge and microwave, which comes in very handy, especially during the hot weather! There is a wide choice of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel but the hotel's bar/restaurant and deli do good food too, although a little on the pricey side. The pool area is clean and pleasant and the staff are really helpful with any queries or problems too.

35 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Upon arriving we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The front desk staff were all smiling and cheery. Very polite, patient with our questions and eager to assist. They told us during checking in if we needed anything during our 14 nights to call the front desk immediately, we did have some minor things but they stuck to their word and got us what we needed within minutes...I always say if you don't ask them, then how will they know...they're not mind readers. They exceeded mine and my husbands expectations.
Don't believe all the negative reviews. Probably people who dont speak up and ask. This crew will definitely take care of you.
I would recommend to everyone and have already made my reservations for next year.
