The Hotel Plainville

This is the worst hotel on earth. The hotel has no features that they say they have. No continental breakfast, no elevator, no pool, no resturaunt. The employees are obnoxious. our room had bed bugs so bad we had to leave early. They refused to give a refund. I would rather sleep in a ditch than stay at "motel hell" again.

Tacky and rundown facility. Poor restaurant.

This is an older hotel. Rooms could use a little cosmetic updating. However, everything was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, food in restaurant better than most.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: All the staff, including maintenance, were friendly, and very helpful. Asked if room temperature was o.k. , etc.
