When The Hermitage opened its doors to guests in February 2003, I happened to be the first one who arrived to check in after a very early morning arrival into downtown Nashville.

Guests enjoy personalized greetings as soon as they exit a vehicle. White-gloved attendants call each guest by name at the grand entrance. Each time an employee sees you, they greet you warmly, by name!

It's a joyous experience to stay in the luxurious Hermitage with its plush beds. The spa is fabulous and oh so soothing for tired, travel worn muscles and ligaments. Dining at The Hermitage is exclusive and extraordinary. The hotel's downtown location is close to the many museums, sites, shopping, and all of the attractions in the music city.

I am very likely to return to the The Hermitage Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
