The Heritage Hotel Hotel - Page 1

My partner and I stayed here as we were on a night out with friends.

I have never felt the need to write a hotel review but this was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in and needs to be shut down, please do not stay here for the following reasons;

when we returned to our rooms at one in the morning there was some kind of function going on and it felt like we were in the room the music was that loud.

all of the staff are eastern European and it took us 15 minutes to get them to understand we wanted 3 pots of tea, when we checked in they were trying to tell us we were booked for the following night even though we had the email print out, they charged us £5 for the car park even though this is not mentioned anywhere and my friend did not get charged.

we ate breakfast in the dark as there was a powercut therefore the food was cold as the hot plates were off but they still kept putting the food out!

we had one pillow each.

it feels unclean and unsafe and as we left we were pleased to escape!
