I love, love, loved my stay at the Grove Park Inn! The service was outstanding - each person we encountered was perfectly hospitable and personable, never stuffy. The fire place in the Main Hall is fabulous and relaxing. The spa is absolutely incredible!!! I loved the food, especially at the Sunset Terrace. Will definitely return one day!

I have stayed at the GPI for over 20 years, and have described it at various times as my favorite place on earth. I moved to Texas 4 years ago and returned for a visit over Thanksgiving. It was a nightmare. We did not have trouble finding a room
pros: Parking at room levelMy wife and I treated our family to the "Thanksgiving Package", 5 adults and 2 children. This is NOT Motel 6. Words could not possibly be sufficient to describe the experience. I have never seen so many happy hotel...
I have been going to Grove Park for about 20 years. It used to be a good value and a nice place to stay. Since they put the spa in the quality has stayed the same but the price has gone through the roof. We now stay in other places in Asheville and

I loved my day at the spa. Plan on having a whole day to swim in the waterfall pools, have a drink delivered in the jacuzzi, lunch by the fireplace, relaxation in the steam room, sauna and cold plunge. Treat yourself to a massage and then sit by...

I was really disaapointed in the rooms. I can get this sort of room and furnishing at a Comfort Inn for much less. The resturants are very expensive and honestly are not any better than what you would find in town. The Inn is stuffy. There were conventions taking place when I was a guest. many of the areas were roped off just for the attendees. I will not stay again.
