very expensive for what it is, pics on the website are way better than real life.

How do any of us rate this place when reservations for the period Dec. 6-9 were not honored tried to move all their low price reservations to a "sister property...The Valenzia (really The Malabo) a long 4 miles away. Manager hangs up on you if you have a complaint. This happened to at least 4 of us and probably many more so, with all the choices available, I'd recommend gambling on another until this place is sold once again.
