I always enjoy my stay at the Grand Tunica hotel. The employees are friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean.

I am very likely to return to the The Grand Casino Tunica Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I always stay at the Grand Casino hotel in Tunica. They are nice, friendly and centrally located. I have been staying at the Grand Tunica hotel since it opened. I have tried other hotels in the area and I always go back to the Grand Tunica hotel as it feels more like home.

I am very likely to return to the The Grand Casino Tunica Resort.
I might recommend it to friends.

36 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

I had a service animal with me and the shifts did not inform the other shifts. I continually got harassed and told that I was not supposed to have pets there. Nobody passed in on the needed info. They need more restaurants than just a place that serves donuts and coffee.

This hotel made me feel pampered: There was a spa on site and I was able to have a message which was wonderful.

I am somewhat likely to return to the The Grand Casino Tunica Resort.
I might recommend it to friends.

35 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It was too far from the actual casino. Also, the weather was bad, there was snow on the ground and a bad ice storm occurred over night. This made the shuttle service very slow.

I am not likely to return to the The Grand Casino Tunica Resort.
I would not recommend it to friends.
