35 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The front desk clerk was extremely rude. Despite arrangements being made months in advance, we were denied a handicap room. I travel with a severely handicap individual. Overall facilities were inadequate and they have no available room service at all on Sunday after 2 pm. We will not be returning.
Find somewhere else to stay.

This is a great hotel that is located right near Case Western Reserve University, also known as University Circle. It is actually considered a bed and breakfast, but it is a great hotel to me. The rooms are very large and beautiful. Glidden House does come with all the amenities you would expect of a hotel. I love the restaurant on the property, it is called Sergio's. This is a great hotel for business or pleasure. You can eat at the restaurant or enjoy their free continental breakfast. If you have business in Cleveland near University Circle I suggest that you try to stay at Glidden House Inn, you'll love the stay. Plus their prices are very reasonable.
