Horrible
I have to say, I had stayed the hotel about 4 years ago. It was like thye had gone back in time. Their room services menu was out dated and room service was horrible. I actually had a guy bring my food up and not set up the table. My room was...
I booked with the hotel (not a third party travel site) in advance for a double room with two queen beds. When I checked in, promptly at 3 pm (the earliest possible check in time) they didnt have any double rooms available. They put me in a temporary room so I had some where to put my luggage, but told me not to unpack. They took my cell phone number so they could call me as soon as they had my double room available. When I came back from shopping and sight seeing, they had forgotten to deal with my room and still had nothing available. While they did lower my rate, the room I was in only had one bed and there were two of us staying in the room and the bed was not big enough for two (it seemed like a single bed) so one had to sleep on a pull out couch. The phone in the bed room didnt work (luckily the one in the tv area did). The alarm clock didnt work, and you had to wait about 5 minutes for the desk to pick up every time you called for a wake up call (or anything else). Its a pretty hotel, but Id never stay there again, and way too expensive for what you get.

Our room was so tiny, and we didn't get this elusive "memory foam mattress" other reviewers did. We went to Atlanta to celebrate our 6 year anniversary, but our room was the size of the elevator, very unromanitic, "Gone With the Wind" or not. The...
