The hotel was wonderful. The staff were all very curtious and willing to help. The room was extremely spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room exceeded my expectations. The only thing I didnt like was the parking situation. I had to pay 22 dollars every morning when I left which I understand but if I left during the evening I was charged an additional fee of around 15 dollars and still had to pay the 22 dollars in the morning. Basically I had to walk to the resturants etc. Overall it was really nice.
pros: Large Rooms, Great LocationThis is truly a gem in the Atlanta hotel arena. Where else can you stay where may of the cast of Gone With The Wind stayed for the premier of the movie at the Fox Theatre (which is directly across the street, BTW)...
We stayed for the 1st time on 2/3/09. The following morning there was NO hot water to shower - I had to check out without a shower!! They said someone was coming to look - nobody ever showed up. Then, they charged my credit card TWICE for our stay!! ...
pros: CheapThe price for the suite was reasonable, but I returned from a breakfast on the last day to find the door open and some electronics stolen. Aside from carrying all valuables with you, I would advise against staying at this hotel as it...
