22 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I did not like how the hotel did not have a pool open during the winter. Also the gym was five dollars to use when already paying enough for the room. Other services were ok, the staff was polite and the meeting rooms were wonderful!
I liked the room service, the meeting rooms, the concierge service, the bars and the restaurants.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the The Galt House Hotel and Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The employees went out of their way to welcome us and to assist with questions. The staff was very friendly and they provided us with information on the city.

I've stayed in many hotels for one reason or another, and let me tell you this is my favorite. The best thing there was the food, it was a reasonable price. Only one complant about the food, they need more options, but over all that part was great!...
They messed up my reservations. I checked in at 4pm and they had given my room away. I had to choose between a king size smoking or queen size non smoking, not the king size non smoking I had reserved. When I made reservations I was told I could...
My group contact picked this hotel due to the low price. We payed $69.00 per night plus tax. Remember, you get what you pay for. The front desk told me they had just been renovated, but they still have old "comforters" on the beds. You can't even...
