I would like to say that, I read the other reviews and I cant believe they visited the same facility as I did.
I was travelling from New York and visiting family and friends, whom live in Tampa and Orlando. I was also doing other business activities in the surrounding areas. Nonetheless, I found that this hotel/resort did meet all the needs of my trip. The walk-in shower was my immediate fav because I am a touch and go kinda gal. The king size pillowtop beds super comfy and the hotel was convenient to all my major highways leading me into and from Tampa and Orlando. The flatscreen t.v. was top of the line and really made up for the limited space in the room. And although they didnt have WiFi in the rooms they did provide us with an area with chairs and such to where we can comfortably bring our computers or use theres.
I have to say with all the stresses that entailed into this trip, this stay helped me to redeem my senses.
Thx Im Glad I was able to relay.

Furthermore, the staff, (esp.eddy) were attentive and informative. The breakfast was fab and a huge plus!! I found myself debating whether I wanted to enjoy the beautiful view from the room or go back to a snowstorm. I believe you can figure what happens if I had it my way.

I wanted to do some work on my computer through the internet but there was no in room internet, not even a hardwire hookup. It was too late to get another hotel so I wasted a day. The bathroom was very small. The bed was too hard for my back and the room small. I would not recommend this hotel unless you don't mind these discrepancies.

The hotel was set apart from most of the activity area and other hotels. It was convenient, if the parks are the only reason you are in Orlando.
We had water problems two of the three mornings we were there. The staff did not bother to inform the guests that the water would be turned off for repair and then it was turned off several hours earlier than planned. The desk clerk found this to be funny!
The second morning there were additional water problems, not clear what the cause was. There were many upset guests at the complimentary breakfast both of these morning as no one had been informed. The desk staff did not seem too concerned and made no effort to explain or apologize. The breakfast was an upscale continental and the staff working it was very friendly.
The king size bed was extremely comfortable and we did sleep well. The bathroom was very tiny as was the room. However, it was functional and served our needs for the most part.
Due to the front desk staffs indifference to our concerns related to loss of the water, we most likely would not return.
I am not likely
to return to the The Galleria Palms Luxury Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This was a wonderful hotel. We arrived at about two a.m. and the staff was friendly and alert, more than I could say for myself after a flight from Denver! Our room had a funny smell to it, we called the front desk, and they quickly moved us to a different room. They were under conditions of remodeling, but that didn't bother us at all. The staff was all friendly and the maids kept the room spotless!
They gave us all goodie bags, which the kids were so excited about! Sometimes people will overlook kids, but their staff did not. They were helpful with maps and directions to the theme parks.
I am very likely
to return to the The Galleria Palms Luxury Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The commode would not stop running and nothing was done about it. The light in one part of the room stopped working. We did not bother to report this since it was our last night. There is no clock or radio provided. When the room was cleaned the coffee pot was not cleaned and no coffee was left for the next day. Also, there were no clean hand towels.
I am not likely
to return to the The Galleria Palms Luxury Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The location was very convenient to Disney parks. The room was pretty small, but the bathroom was huge and the bed was comfortable. It was a very good value.
The staff was friendly, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel had a good atmosphere.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the The Galleria Palms Luxury Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.
