What a nice treat to have this hotel connected to the Florida Mall. There was a Starbucks right in the lobby area which was great. However, room service could be improved. They never made up our beds or replaced our towels. Call room service waited...
overall staff very freindly,polite cheerfull,Bill& michelle who both worked the bar you guys where fantastic loved you both so much wish we could have brought you back to england with us ,also valet guys you work too hard especialy the big guy...

44 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
It’s very nice! I loved the rooms, the beds were the best I've had in a hotel and the TV in the room was great! There was internet access available and the staff was pleasant. The bathroom was beautiful. The poor cell phone reception was the only problem.

to return to the The Florida Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
