They offered nice and clean accommodations, but the hotel was a bit far from the casinos. The shuttle service only operated every hour. I thought it should have operated more frequently.

This hotel made me feel excited: We stayed on the eighteenth floor, and the view of the surrounding area with the night lights was spectacular.

I enjoy staying at the Flagship hotel and I stay there every year. I find the employees knowledgeable and friendly. They are quick to respond to your needs.

This hotel made me feel practical: Rules and regulations were posted. They mainly dealt with common sense issues. The necessities for everyday use were repaired immediately.

Everyone was friendly. They had nice size accommodations, a restaurant on premises and indoor parking.

I had been told that the agent who made the reservations booked the wrong hotel and I actually had no reservations at this property. There was nothing they could do but give a room at the current rate for the evening. So the new agent was given the task of dealing with me and finding a room for me and helping me go on the birthday celebration I had planned for my boyfriend. So would I recommend this property for at night in Atlantic City only if you plan to be a walk-in guest.
