Thank you for letting me take a moment to respond to this....
The guests in this review were charged for some unfortunate damage in their unit upon departure... As The Falls at Ogunquit does everything it can to make sure all our guests have a fabulous vacation, we need to repair these items for the next incoming guest...
It only seems fair to charge the person occupying the damaged room instead of adding yearly repair fees into the nightly rental charge for all of our guests to pay. No one should have to pay for another persons negligence. I think we can all agree to that...

my friends Gary and Mike and I (Eric) stayed at this resort during our spring break. we enjoyed our time there very much, both Mike and I had been there before with our families and thought we should go there again. while we were there we had a very good experience, but the following week we were charged for things that were broken, a sink hose-nozzle that was cut in haf with a knife, and a slashed shower curtain. thing is, we left the place perfect, we didn't destroy anything. Heather, the manager, was extremely rude to Mike and his mother, and their stories just don't add up. when i asked about proof, Mike the customer service guy said everything was repaired, and that they had photos. when i asked if i could come up this weekend to see them he hesitated and said in a somewhat nervous manner "yeah....they should be there". and Heather told, or yelled to rather, Mike that we could not come up because they weren't prepared yet. thing is, if you aren't prepared enough to defend your action you should not charge in the first place. very very suspicious. i had a lot of respect for this place, but now i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Heather, the manager, especially. Mike was in no way rude or obnoxious in any way to her and she started off (and finished) with yelling at him, immediately screaming "there is NO dispute, YOU ARE PAYING FOR THIS". that is not customer service, to yell and scream at someone who has done nothing but talked. this place is worse than a $38 hotel. at least at a cheap hotel you aren't disrespected in such a manner. SCAM.

We enjoyed it so much we purchased an interval ownership. We have visited Ogunquit on several occasions but this was our first stay at this resort. The property is attractive and very convenient, the suites are wonderfully appointed and the Ogunquit area is beautiful.
This luxuriously appointed property provided chocolates and champagne on check in, lots of extra towels and pillows in the room and a two person, in room whirlpool.
I am very likely
to return to the The Falls At Ogunquit Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
