I was staying at the marriot because it was the site of a school convention, so I didn't have much choice in which hotel to stay at. It was a predetermined hotel at a predetermined price.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The general atmosphere of the multiple lobbies, with fountains and open space made me feel pampered.

Only complaint was that it was somewhat difficult to find my way around at first.

Hotel staff was pleasant without being obtrusive. Very helpful with directions concerning the metro rail and general directions within the city.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Wonderful bed and pillow... The best pillow have ever slept on!

Have always been pleasant, worth the cost, comfortable, and clean, no problems which on a business trip is a good thing,.

This hotel made me feel respected: Courteous staff, quickly responded to any and all inquiries, requests, greeting on exit and arrival each time, knew my name within minutes of arrvial, and for remainder of stay,.
