It is a very nice place to stay. The staff was very helpful.

At check in they had everything ready. I left my credit card at the front desk when I was done checking in and the front desk operator offered to have it delivered to me in my room.

The hotel had great service and it was a very comfortable facility.

It was a beautiful hotel. I had problems getting checked in. I arrived about four o'clock but the room was not ready.

I was a wonderful stay. They had great food and service.

So disappointed. Came with my wife for a tennis weekend and found the courts demolished at the resort and had to travel by shuttle to another club at the Turnberry Marina. The courts and club were in a beautiful location but are poorly maintained. The staff with the exception of the office manager spoke no English and the club is outdated, in poor repair and dirty. The courts are borderline unplayable. How can this be at a Fairmont five diamond property. So disappointed.

It’s a nice location. The hotel needs more kid orientated events.

The gates around the hotel helped you feel safe. The people walking around and guards also helped.

The Turnberry Resorts was a beautiful well run establishment. The staff made you fell important and everything was top notch. The restaurant and waiters went overboard to make our anniversary dinner special.

The richness of the lobby made us feel like royalty while sitting there. The concierge was there to help us and the food was delicious. The room we stayed in was enormous and looked out onto the golf course.

Amazing room, grounds, pool and, most importantly, SERVICE! The breakfast buffet was certainly a highlight of the trip. The beds were also very comfortable. The staff made us feel welcome and pampered.
