I stayed at the Fairmont Turnbery resort on March 26-29th. I reported three incidences to your phone operator and to the front desk clerks. To this day I have not received so much as a response.
GREAT VACATION! Cant wait to return!

I have to say, I tend to read many reviews from multiple websites before traveling to a place I've never been before. I'm glad I didn't let the FEW who had a questionable experience sway me from going to the Turnberry. It was FABULOUS! ...
It is absolutely beautiful, but VERY expensive. We did not eat at the hotel once. My fiance did play golf on both courses. Both very spendy. Ask about extra charges that they add for the private beach even though it rained two of the days we were...
On arrival at the hotel at 730PM from Europe we wanted to have a bath and room service. It took the bags over an hour to make it to our room and room service told us it would take over an hour for a simple order. Our reservation was for a king size...

46 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The suites are excellently established and furbished employees make me feel important, not to mention very homey. The city is beautiful and I love all its people. Only one problem... I never stayed there =/ APRIL FOOLS!!
