It was a great place, located in the heart of the city.

The hotel was in a great location for walking to Chicago sites. The room had a very comfortable bed and a terrific view.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The hotel bath had terrific shampoo and lotion that we greatly enjoyed using.

We thought it was very nice. The hotel staff was excellent and they took the price of the valet parking off our bill because of the inconvenience we had because the plumbing was not working properly.

This hotel made me feel respected: We were treated as if we were important.

We arrived early and the room was not yet available.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The entire hotel is elegant. Tea is served.

This is an excellent quality hotel located in downtown Chicago near all the activities. The staff is excellent and the service is impeccable. My only issue was having to leave the hotel to go to the pool, which is in the health club in the next building.

They upgraded us because they did not have another room available when we came to check in. The room was a very nice size and it had all the amenities we needed!
