Okay
Upon checking in, the deck clerk, X, was friendly, efficient and welcoming. However, there was no one at the door to open (no automatic door) and no one to help up with our bags from the car. A bellhop did take the bags from the lobby to our room....

The physical plant is somewhat tired and run down. Bathrooms were very small as was the room itself. No newspaper at door. Best feature is excellent location. Not bad, but not as good as most Westins.
18 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Well, the room we first moved into already had a briefcase and other articles in it... We went down to the desk to tell the attendant. He moved us into another room, taking our word for the occupation of the first room.
