This is one of the best located hotels in Downtown Boston, easily accesible to all the historic and cultrual events that are found in Boston. Several things are within walking distance from the hotel. Desk clerk is extremely helpful with directions for touring the city of Boston such as the Freedom trail, Boston Commons, Paul Revere House just to name a few. Maps are giving freely with the best route for you to travel either by walking, taking public transportion, taxi or car. The bell hops are very curteous and helps you with all your bags. Small pets are welcome and they will take small dogs on a short walk for you if your going to be gone all day sight seeing. Gift shop has lots of wonderful treasures something for everyone. The rooms are very large with comfortable chairs for sitting or reading. Bedding is fresh and sheats crips and have light scent from the dryer sheets. Bathrooms are kept super clean if you need something and its not in their just call the main desk and they will bring it right up to you. Repeat customers get more choices of the rooms with views and amenities plus discounts. My stay there was excellent.
