We found everything at this hotel to be very nice, with a friendly staff, good food and nice rooms. We had a problem with the wireless internet service that took a while to be resolved. I think wireless connection should be a free service for business travelers.

The hotel has a good location and good prices.

We couldn't have been more impressed with this hotel for the price, our family has stayed at at the best of best , but have also payed the prices for it. we decided to stay in orlando on a budget this year and couldnt have more pleased. super charming decor, super clean, friendly staff , awesome location. we have definatley found our permanent hotel for our trips to orlando so long as the price remains as reasonable as it is now . would definately recommend. this is my very first review ever, on anything!

The hotel location was convenient to the theme parks. The fresh cookies at check in tasted great and made us feel welcome.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We needed transportation to Port Canaveral and they were happy to arrange it.

Although the room decor was pretty and not out of date, it was thoroughly worn and should be replaced. I had an excellent stay here and the staff went above and beyond their normal duties for us. They loaned us their personal office fan because we were just extra hot, which was very nice.

The reservation details were confirmed on Friday for Sunday check in and were correct. Sunday at check in they showed two adults and three children on our reservation rather than two adults, and the person sharing the room with me was not listed.

I liked the very comfortable rooms and the pleasant staff. Lighting, however, was insufficient as energy saving spiral lights were used in all lamps.

The staff was not very friendly. It took forever for someone to answer the main desk phone, and when they did answer, they were not at all helpful.

I have almost always had good results staying at Doubletree hotels. There are very few, if any, problems.
