Location was great but the appearance upon check in was not so great. Four people were behind the desk and ignored me briefly while they chatted. Once I was "noticed", the person was very cordial. First impressions means everything to me and the appearance of the elevators was drab and a bit dirty. Had trouble getting the key card to work in the door to our room. There was no place to place your hand or bath towels after use. Use of a curtain in the shower caused a puddle to form around the stool. The closet was cramped. I would hate to think of what someone would do if they were staying more than just one night and wanted to hang up some clothes. Probably the worst, most distressing thing about the room was the paper-thin walls. We could hear the person(s) every word, cough and snore in the next room. Also, this was a room that could be connected to the room next door and there was a noticeably large gap in the door frame, so even though we had our door locked, our neighbors could open their adjoining door and see into our room through the crack. Okay, if you know the people next door but a bit uncomfortable if they are strangers.
