35 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I agree with other posts that hotels service is bad. They wouldn't accommodate an elderly visitor in a room near lifts saying rooms were preallocated and we should wait to see if all guests would check in before releasing another.
Room was also very noisy, kept awake all night with doors banging and guests talking in corridor.
