When you first drive in, the motel looks like an old-timey scary motel with outdoor entrances to each room. But when we checked in, they told us our room was "in the building to the back". We drove around to the back and lo and behold, there is a brand new hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and very, very spacious. About the size of most suites. Our room had two sinks, one inside the bathroom and one outside in the bedroom area, which was convenient as we had three adults and a baby in the room. There is also an optional room with a jacuzzi hot tub. This room is separated from the main room by an attractive french door. They give you the option - if you want to use the jacuzzi, they charge an additional $20. We didn't choose this upgrade because we were there for a quick overnight stay, but would have upgraded had we been there for the whole weekend. I liked that you could pick NOT to use the jacuzzi and not have to pay for it. Some of the other rooms had similar set-ups but with a mini-kitchen instead of a jacuzzi. The room was EXTREMELY clean and freshly painted. The only downsides to this motel - no coffee pot in the room (but free coffee down the driveway at the office) and no hairdryer in the room. Also no little samples of shampoo, creamrinse, lotion, etc. So make sure to bring your own dryer and personal care items. We only picked this place because the Super 8 had no nonsmoking rooms left, but if we had to be in the area would definitely stay there again.
Have stayed at this motel for 20 years during hunting season and never had a problem. Very clean, friendly and dog friendly. Would reccomend to anyone.
Has a cleaning room, a real plus for the hunter. Good hot...

It's very spacious, the average room was the size of most suites. The TV selection was great and they would add a channel if asked. The restaurant on site had a great selection and the food was very well prepared.
