Quaint and Within easy walking distance to downtown. All suites,townhouse and apartments are upscale and have a full kitchen, perfect for families or long stays. The Cozy Inn has created a unique and comfortable blend of accommodations to suit the needs of a wide variety of guests to St. Augustine. We are located both on the east and west side of San Marco Avenue within easy walking distance of nationally renown schools, tourist attractions and the historic district, "old city' which spans more than 300 years. The sightseeing train passes directly in front of our door.
After five years of renovation, we have two main guest quarters. Cozy Inn West, comprising renovated motel rooms in the old Florida style with individual parking in front of each unit and Cozy Inn East with two separate buildings. One, a gracious old Victorian that has been rebuilt and modernized to suit today's needs, holds four luxury suites, including a 750 square foot Premium Honeymoon Suite. The second, a five townhouse row, also rebuilt and modernized for the expectations of today's travelers with individual parking in front of each unit.
All of our accommodations are deluxe and premium units each designed with their own special flair. All Suites and Townhouses have fully equipped kitchens,living rooms, bedrooms and baths and many more amenities. All motel rooms come with refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, dinette, cable with HBO, and include local phone service and Internet access. You will appreciate our comfortable and exceptionally clean rooms.

Easy check-in and very friendly manager-Dollie. Room was small but very, very clean and cute. We enjoyed our stay. They showed us the kitchenettes and town-homes and they are awesome. Will plan on staying in a kitchenette when we come back and can stay longer.

We considered overpriced beach properties and chains and found them expensive. Then I found The Cozy Inn at a cheaper rate with high customer ratings. Most of the other properties had very low ratings. It lived up to its name-Small and cozy. It had a good bed and was very clean. No pool or other amenities. The only problem we had was a possessed microwave-it would beep whenever it wanted to. So we just unplugged it when we weren't using it.

A perfect 10. Clean, Clean Clean. Hotel has charming accommodatons and is close to town. Was nice to be in a place where athe stakk actually cares. No more chain hotels for me.
