Excellent location and service. Employees were trying 150% to do their best.

Good clean rooms. I would definitely return and recommend it to friends visiting Boston.

It was quaint. It was not the most modern place, but comfortable nevertheless. My stay was rather pleasant and problem free.

quiant puts it mildly. Small little 'boutique' hotel surrounded by the big daddies, Westin, Sheraton, et all. If you're looking for a more intimate experience, look no further. I bet there are not more than ten rooms per floor! However, the modern ameniities are lacking. It's a tradeoff you'll have to think about. Considering I use my hotel to sleep and shower, I thought it was a better deal. Instead of a two-minute ride to my room viea elevator, I just took the stairs up two flights and BAM, I was there.
