The newly remodeled room was very nice.

The Columbus is just finishing a renovation and has improved its amenities. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The location could be closer to the hustle and bustle of Columbus, such as it is.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds are luxuriously large. The showers may take some time to get used to, but apparently that's how the other half lives.

The hotel is very well appointed. It has been recently remodeled, I stayed there in 2005, with new furnishings and bathroom appointments. It's well maintained with a friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel made me feel hip: The remodeling has brought a newer feel to the hotel. Not exactly as trendy as W hotels, but more modernistic than it has been in the past.

We had to keep calling for towels, clean coffee cups, etc. Carpeting in the room was not very clean.

I attended wedding at the hotel, and everything was fine.

This is a very nice hotel. But it had slow elevators, though, and the rooms could have been bigger.

The lounge was not available to the guests at times when they wanted to relax and enjoy their time in this surrounding.

This hotel is hard to locate, and has a lousy TV reception. Too much of the time, the staff wouldn't help with a request, preferring rather to use methods that might generate a tip. I wanted extra mugs for coffee/tea; I asked at the front desk and was told the mugs would be sent up -- what a waste of effort! Valet service was very good, but not really desired. I don't like dealing with this system, though the people were very good.

This hotel had a great staff. The bell captain in particular was very, very helpful as well as someone I found very trustworthy. The hotel is only a half-dozen or so blocks from the convention center. It was a pleasant walk for me. Nighttime eating seemed to close early though in downtown.

It's a beautiful hotel. I will be going back for the same Girl Scout program within the month.

It is close to the conference that I attended.

There is nothing special about this Adam's Mark.

This was a greater value than expected, for the price.
