The Colony Hotel and Cabana Club

It is in a fun area and felt charmingly old school inside, however, I didn't care for the service. I was made to feel as though I was burdening the staff when I had even a simple question. Kennith from housekeeping and Josh whom works at the front desk, were the only two people in the entire resort who never said no and always stepped up to the plate despite the hotels ridiculous restrictions. Beware of a rainy day in Florida! Lunch will no longer be served at the Colony Cabana Club and if you look forward to their complimentary breakfast. And you'd better get there early because this "complimentary luxury" that's costing you $300 per night will be cleared away up to an hour early for some other lame reason. Internet access is not in all rooms and the staff left their brains and eye contact at home.
