This is the best place in Beaver Creek for families. A condo with full kitchen, yet with full hotel amenities. Arrive with free valet parking, free guest services, on site ski shop, restaurant, spa and pools and maid service. Indoor pool great for kids and hard to find anywhere else. Outdoor hottub great for adults. Ask for newly renovated and quiet top floor for best accomodations. Any good restaurant during Xmas week will be crowded and recommend reservations far in advance. Walk to ski school a bit far with skis, but with free and frequent 5 min shuttle, this wasn't a problem. Definitely will stay here again. My kids don't want to stay anywere else

First day here, valet staff and bell desk are very friendly and helpful with just about anything. However, service at the restaurants and in room dining is poor. We asked to be seated at a restaurant and the staff said there is nothing available until maybe 3 hours later, when they are not even full. Maybe because we come from different ethnic backgrounds. Went back to the room and tried to order room service. They said they couldn't take our orders right now, so we asked if we can order it first and they can bring it whenever they have time. The manager came on the phone and said, sorry, we cannot serve room service to you right now and hung up. Bad experience on the first day. I would rather stay at motel 6.
