This is a lovely house locates in one of the prettiest and quietest lanes with only 5 minutes' walking to harbor and night bars downtown.

Healthy breakfast and proprietor's greeting and tips to tourist spots make me feel to be a distinguished guest but at home.

Nice place, well maintained, but the proprietor is a control freak and a genuine, first-class jerk.

Don't be surprised to learn that the nightly fee is close to $200 in season, the low figure is "off season" in the wintertime only, but who wants to go to an island in the Atlantic Ocean in the winter? Other than that, it’s a clean room, nicely decorated, tasty breakfast (especially if you like eating "healthy foods" only!) There’s no cream allowed in the coffee.

The location was right in town, the price was keen (for Nantucket), and the rooms were.... quirky and clean. Don't expect much, but then again, don't go to Nantucket to spend time in your room.
