Hello all, just wanted to set the record straight here. We offered these guests a new room multiple times, even after inspection of their room, and we found no evidence of bed bugs at all. They changed their story a few times, by saying at one point they got bitten by spiders outside. We refused to give them any money back and they got angry and left, after staying in a "bed bug" infested room for two days. We do not and have never had bed bugs on our property. The Carolinian Inn.
