watch your credit card carefully they charge at will and than you have to fight.. currently using better business of tempe to try to correct a mistake but general manager will not speak with me
What a great property! The staff is attentive and gracious, the patio room we had was tucked in the back of the property next to the walking trail, giving it a secluded, natural feel. The Top of The Rock restaurant was great and our 4 year old loved ...
Well my experence was that there were ants all over in the room .. on the desk and night stand and it was most disappointing. When I contacted them they said they would notify housekeeping ;( And they look forward to my next visit .. not gonna...
This place is absolutely the most amazing place I have ever been to! I lived like a PRINCESS for the week I was there! I would highly recommend this place!!! LOVED IT...
I sent my parents here for their 37th anniversary. I couldn't have given them a better gift! They absolutely LOVED IT! The staff was very accomodating to their needs.

Good
The hotel itself was nice-clean rooms, beautiful pool and good service. Every meal we ate at the hotel was good but not cheap. It was a short cab ride from the airport. I did not hear any noise from the room next door or from the highway as others...
Great on outside; inside is so-so

Mediocre
The hotel grounds are interesting and with a great view of Phoenix, but this feels like a hotel that is not well managed. The room service meal and especially the soup, was inedible. The rooms were not especially nice.
One of our favorite places for a special dinner, not cheap but a great view of Phoenix at dinner time that is awesome. And as the sun sets, it just keeps ngetting better.
42 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I checked in late but called ahead. I was traveling on Business and Pleasure. Front desk seemed didn't seem happy and barely could tell me where to go to my room. The door knob fell off our door, we were changed to another room. The first room had mold in the bathroom and urine on the outside of the toilet. Yuck. We didn't recieve any poolside service but others around us did. Again, another unhappy employee. We finally found the place for breakfast but the front desk never gave us our vouchers for breakfast. When I checked out I asked who the manager was and that I had a problem with my stay but by the reaction or lack of caring by the manager standing behind the front desk person I decided to wait. It was a good thing because I was charged for both rooms and still no contact with any manager. In fact to this day not one of them has ever contacted me. If you want service I would stay elsewhere. I'm an event planner and I wouldn't refer my clients to this place either.
