I booked a Friday night stay for me and my wife. I chose the Brown Palace because of their reputation and because we had stayed there once before. I prepaid when I made the reservation so we would not have to deal with it upon checkout. Upon...
I just returned from a stay at the Brown Palace. I will never go back. The front desk staff was nice the first few days, but when I questioned my bill, they were rude. The young lady acted as if I was the dumbest person in the world. The doorman ...

Excellent
I have heard nice things about The Brown Palace for a long time, but finally stayed there recently. The hotel has the charm of a property that has been operating since the 1890s but with modern...

23 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
worked here and saw roaches daily, often found by customers in food. maid staff doesnt wash cups or vacum regularly. would never spend one of my own dollars in this place but they are happy to take a lot of yours if your stupid enough to buy into the facade that they present as an "four star hotel". everyone kisses ass and mumbles grumbles to coworkers. if you complain to management enough you probably wont pay a dime for anything bc they are spineless beings.

I attended a wedding and reception at the Brown Palace and since growing up in the area decided that we should stay at the hotel. I made a reservation 2 months in advance but when I arrived I was informed that my room was across the street in the...

Mediocre
I recently stayed at this hotel and witnessed a houseman (i was told) spitting botteled water on the walls and laughing about it with other employes. I saw this houseman the next afternoon in the lobby and his name tag said, Yonnes as this must have ...
The room was tiny, we're talking really small and smelled funny with cheap old decor. The bathroom was clean & also tiny, was at least 40-years-old with a mini bathtub & sink and a toilet that ran non-stop. They came to fix the toilet...
If you want a sound nights sleep, STAY AWAY!! Whenever anyone in the hotel closes their door it slams shut. SLAM! here SLAM! there. It was what I would expect a prison to be or a home full of angry teenagers. I was so on edge from this by the third...
