My brother is a loyalty member with them and recommended them. They have a wonderful atmosphere, we were there near the holidays. It was clean, clean, clean.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I felt welcome there because of their courteous employees, very friendly wait staff at restaurant, and openly friendly people.

I loved the hotel and the staff. The only negative was the dining room. I was alone, they seated me at a small table near the kitchen door. The service was not attentive.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I felt welcome there because the staff was very friendly and called me by my name a lot.

The dining was amazing. The waiters/waitresses sing while presenting your meal. The hotel was immaculate. Charlotte is a beautiful city.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I felt pampered there because the beds were so comfortable. The toiletries they offered were very nice.
