49 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We had a wonderful time. The place was great. The location allowed us to walk or take the train everywhere. We loved the food and the bar was great. There were no complaints at all. They had internet access that was quick and was always available.
They greeted us promptly. They showed us the amenities and were helpful with local sights and restaurants.
I am very likely
to return to the The Back Bay Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Parking was a little inconvenient but the staff had no problems going to your car to get your stuff. The atmosphere was very cool and funky yet somewhat sophisticated. The staff was very professional, quick, and accommodating. They had good food.
There was chic furniture in the lobby. There was a water feature, statue in the lobby. They had good lighting and furniture in the room, kind of modern and up-to-date. They had a very happening bar on weekends, you had to line-up to get in. They had interesting, successful people in the bar.

to return to the The Back Bay Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
