The Anchorage Motor Inn Motel - Page 1

This was a complete disaster of a room! Smelled musty, spiders where hanging in every corner and on the walls next to the beds, and only one light worked. My children would not go to sleep until I had killed every insect in there! Impossible to do!!! I do not know who wrote the 1st 2 reviews, maybe they mixed up the name of the hotel because this couldn't be the same hotel!!!!! It was very late when we arrived and we were grateful to have a place to sleep but, someone could have fixed up the room befor we arrived; cleaned it up just a little, you know, vacume the bugs and get the cob webs and spiders out of there! Maybe a little air freshner!! Completely over price for we had to put up with!!! Never will we return to this hole in the wall!!

The beds were huge, the service was great, wake up call right on time as well. The restaurant was amazing too, the food was delicious, service was prompt, prices were fair. We will definitely return when we are in the area again!

I stayed there just two nights ago. The man who checked me in was friendly, helpful, and very nice; The rooms are nice; The bed was huge; The furniture was nice; The wake up call was right on time; The woman who got me my ice in the morning was very nice as well; They have a restaurant right there as well. Dont hesitate.

The rooms are in major disrepair, the new management may correct this problem. I will not return until they do.
