My boyfriend and I had never been to Maine before and my boyfriend has never experienced the hospitality at a Bed & Breakfast before. So as a surprise, I booke a night stay at The Anchor Watch Bed & Breakfast in Booth Bay Harbor.
The accommodations were lovely. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The location is gorgeous! And the B&B owner, Kathy, was very sweet! My boyfriend enjoyed our first night at The Anchor Watch so much, that we called Kathy and booked another night before heading home. The town is quaint, quiet, and there’s so much to explore. We traveled up and down Maine, only to find everything we wanted to see/do was right there in Booth Bay.
I’m almost afraid to rave too much, because we would like go back and want to be able to stay with Kathy again without having to book months in advance.
