In general, this hotel is very neat and the restaurant and the bar have a good atmosphere. The room could have been a bit more clean during my stay, but overall I would say that I would return.

This hotel made me feel secure: There did seem to be a large amount of security present and many employees on site.

We thought the hotel would be downtown. It was not even near downtown. We had come to visit the local sights, so being near the airport was out of the way. Other than that, the hotel was very nice and resort looking. The pool did have lots of leaves floating in it, so we did not go swimming and the weather was not conducive either.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The Wyndham hotel made us feel extravagant because it was a fancier hotel that we usually stay in. It had a beautiful, New Mexico themed lobby. The price was very good, too.

The staff were great, very helpful, and friendly. I remember the waiter who gladly served us even though we arrivedat the restaurant 5 minutes before closing.

The hotel has all of the amenities you would expect and it is within walking distance of the airport. But don't try walking when you first arrive. No problem with airport noise.

It was a much more upscale hotel than I usually stay at. The service was outstanding in every aspect. They could have used a couple more elevators, because the design of the hotel is just a few rooms on each of many levels, so there is always a lot of elevator traffic.

This hotel made me feel respected: The hotel staff was always friendly. No one ever asked me if they could help me with a tone that implied I did not belong there.

The hotel is nice and it is close to the airport. That is why we stay there.

I was very pleased with the service. Due to an airline glitch I was not able to stay on the final night, and the hotel cancelled my reservation after I called them, and did not charge me for that night.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They gave great service and took care of us as frequent-stay guests. They made future stays more attractive to me.

The appearance of the hotel (outside and rooms) was nice and more than we expected. I was on the eighth floor facing the road, and the view from the balcony was lovely. The front desk staff was nice, but one lady got a bit testy when I asked her to explain my phone bill. However, another gentlemen was very helpful with directions. Our rooms were clean, but we did have sewage in our bathtub, which was quite gross, but we received very prompt service in correcting that. Also, the beds were pretty small and our TV kept messing up. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would stay there again.

It was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on in a hotel.

I liked the clean rooms, excellent food and service. It's a high quality hotel.

This hotel made me feel practical: The prices were practical, and the hotel's location is practical. The wine, cheese and crackers left for us at check in were practical.

We had asked if there were suites, but when there weren't, the reservations clerk put us on the executive floor, which was just as nice but we wouldn't have thought to ask about. That was an excellent bonus.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They were very courteous and checked me in quickly.
