46 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We went for our 25th anniversary for one week. There was no air conditioning the entire week and we were not told about the construction going on, resulting in the no A/C.
Upon inquiring we were told that they would comp us a $100 room discount per night and they ended up not doing this. I still get no response when I contact the general manager. I would never return to this hotel.
