The Terrace Inn reflects the charm and nostalgia of an earlier era with an eye towards peaceful relaxation and friendly accommodating service. Rooms have been refurbished to offer guests the option of old fashioned room without the intrusiveness of phones and non-smoking and whirlpool suites with fireplaces and kitchenettes for guests who want the latest conveniences. The restaurant has elegant chandeliers, wood floors and outdoor veranda. Not handicapped accessible, however, those with limited mobility will be assisted and can be accommodated.

The Terrace Inn, built in 1911, is surrounded by over 400 Victorian cottages and is ideally situated across from Little Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan. This Historic community was established in 1875 as a Methodist retreat and continues to flourish today.
